LB Contractors & Company Inc. puts client satisfaction first and
constantly strives to deliver a superior product. Our products aren't just the
homes we build, but the relationships we build with homeowners and a smooth construction
process that is as free of stress and anxiety as possible. Thanks to careful planning,
hard work and constant evaluation, we can ensure that our projects are organized,
on budget and on time. We love what we do — and it shows.

Louis Bourassa was raised in Augusta Maine. He was greatly
influenced by his father, a dentist, to work with his hands and to treat people
with honesty and respect. Both of Louis’s grandfathers and numerous uncles
were builders in Lewiston and Waterville Maine. These men had a reputation for
quality and integrity.
Louis went to Norwich Academy, a military school in Vermont,
and later transferred to Boston University to complete his degree in English Literature
and a minor in Economics. During this time he also served in the Marine Corps
on reserve status.
After completing his military obligation, Louis worked as a
carpenter for McKinley and Sons, Vise Construction, and Stephano Construction
in Boston Massachusetts for over 6 years refining his skills.
In 1990 he started his own firm specializing in architectural
woodwork, additions and custom remodels. Louis was contracted by the Four Seasons
Hotel (Boston) to do a large scale renovation in 1993. This two year project elevated
the Hotel from a four to five star status.
After successfully completing the hotel project, Louis moved to Los Angeles where
he resides with his wife, photographer Leslie Barton, son Luc and daughter Grace.
